Our family-oriented atmosphere welcomes people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities. We encourage our members in their fitness goals, and there is always someone available to answer questions.

Equipment

We offer weight training and cardio equipment to work out every part of your body! We offer a wide range of equipment, including cardio–treadmills, spin, exercise and recumbent bikes, rowing and elliptical machines–as well as free weights, cable systems, Bosu balls, etc. We keep our equipment clean and well-maintained, and we are committed to offering the best in fitness technology to our members.

Facility

We keep our gym and equipment clean. Anyone who spends time here will notice FitEx staff wiping down equipment, doorknobs, banisters and mats. Everyone is expected to help prevent the spread of colds & flu by wiping down equipment after use.

We offer a spacious main floor area with cardio equipment, free weights, cable and machines. More bikes, treadmills and rowing machine are on the mezzanine overlooking the main area.. The spin area upstairs is home to our ever-popular spin classes. Two smaller rooms are used for stretching, abs and mat work, as well as personal training. The Leg Room offers an all-around lower body workout. The classroom upstairs is home to FitExtreme Bootcamp/HIIT classes.

Men’s and Women’s changerooms include lockers, showers, hair dryers, etc.

If you forgot yours, buy a bottle of water or fuel up with our BCAA blend. After your workout, be sure to rehydrate and refuel with one of our specialty protein shakes , made to order on the spot for maximum freshness and nutrition.

ON-SITE MASSAGE!

All the way from Manitoba we now have  ALENA POCHAILO, an amazing massage provider that will help you deal with any injuries, muscle imbalances, or simply help you relax  so that you feel your best always.

Her hours of operation are as follows:  Sundays 10:30am-4pm; Mon-Wed 10:30am – 6pm

Tony Senerchia - Owner/personal trainer/group fitness instructor

TONY SENERCHIA is the co-owner of Fitness Excellence.

Tony’s goal is to create a healthy, social and caring gym atmosphere for the whole family. Everyone is friendly here and we look out for one another.

Tony has 5 years’ experience in the fitness industry and has had Level 1 Certification in the Cross Fit Program!

He has also received ISSA Certification and was licensed to teach in over 85 countries around the world.

Tony’s special interests are strength training and sports specific training.

When he’s not teaching, organizing, working out or running the business, Tony’s favorite sport is soccer.

Celine Leichner - Owner/personal trainer/group fitness instructor

Celine Leichner is the co-owner of Fitness Excellence as well as a certified Fitness & Nutrition Expert, Canfitpro Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Specialist; Innerfit Indoor Cycling Instructor and all out fitness enthustiast!

She is a committed trainer for both the experienced gym buffs and those wanting to start.

Her fun and high energy group fitness classes, and personal training sessions provide options for all levels and ages.  She’s ready to help inspire and guide you on to building a fitter you, while being there for you every step of the way with her positivity and power!

Jayleen Turner - Yoga instructor

Jayleen Teaches a variety of styles of yoga which include Yin, Hatha-flow and Moksha hot yoga.  For her classes which run out of Fitness Excellence she will be teaching a 60min class that will give you the opportunity to experience both an active and more relaxing practice.  These 60min yoga classes will be fully accessible for beginner yogis but as well give the option fo rchallenge for those who would like to continue to grow their personal yoga practice.
