SPIN AND MORE: Thirty minutes of cardio + 30 minutes of strength. Every week the instructor incorporates different strength components following a full 30 minute calorie burning spin bike session. This class is FREE with your Fitness Excellence membership.
FitEXTREME: A 60 minute class exclusive to FitEx. Our Bootcamp/ HITT/ HIMT style classes are guaranteed to make you sweat, have fun and leave you wanting to come back for more! TOTAL BODY: This is a FULL BODY strength workout. Focus is on form and fun! All fitness levels are welcome and modifications can be made for each exercise. We start with a brief warm up, then challenge ourselves with strength moves. INSTRUCTORS CHOICE: Every Saturday at 9:30 am come in and try something new. A different instructors every Saturday offering a range of class styles guaranteed to start your weekend off right! ** Drop in fee or Punch Pass required.
STRONG BY ZUMBA: A High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic conditioning style workout. Participants use their own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. ** Drop in fee or Punch Pass required.
NOON HOUR RUSH: This class is a great way to spend your lunch hour! 45 – 50 minutes jam packed full of heart pumping cardio and strength building exercises. Great for all fitness levels. ** Drop in fee or Punch Pass required. (This class will rsume in our fall schedule.)
CORE: Start your day right with a short (15 – 20 minute) but intensely sweet core/ abdominal muscle blast.
BUTTS AND GUTTS: A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it’ll also target your quads and hamstrings.
