
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SPIN: A 45 – 60 minute class. Come and see why our spin classes are called “the best on Vancouver lsland.” But be careful – it’s addictive! Spinning is a non-impact class done on indoor cycles, in a group setting with an enthusiastic spin instructor leading the way. Lively music plays to get us going. Whether you are a beginner or an elite triathlete training for your next triathlon, get ready for the ride of a lifetime as each class works for all levels. Spin workouts are not only challenging but FUN!
SPIN AND MORE: Thirty minutes of cardio + 30 minutes of strength. Every week the instructor incorporates different strength components following a full 30 minute calorie burning spin bike session.
FitEXTREME: A 60 minute class exclusive to FitEx. Our Bootcamp/ HITT/ HIMT style classes are guaranteed to make you sweat, have fun and leave you wanting to come back for more! Strength, stamina, endurance building, each class offers variety and is open to all fitness levels. ** Drop in fee or Punch Pass required.
TOTAL BODY: This is a FULL BODY strength workout. Focus is on form and fun! All fitness levels are welcome and modifications can be made for each exercise. We start with a brief warm up, then challenge ourselves with strength moves. The final 15 minutes of class focuses on flexibility, an important part of any balanced fitness program. ** Drop in fee or Punch Pass required.

Also please note:
- We now are offering classes, however smaller numbers and advance booking is required.
- Maximum capacity of the gym is 20 (not including staff or classes which are outside).
- A 90min maximum workout time is still in effect and starts from your arrival time.
- Drop ins are available, however members are given priority.

Prime Time daily from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm.
$7.5 (+ tax) /child for one hour – during Prime Time
$11.25 (+ tax) per child for 1.5 hrs – during Prime Time
Needing child care after “Prime Time” no problem $15+ tax per hour (per family, more than one child included)
*Booking is 1 hour minimum and can be made in 30 minute increments following the first hour.
