A 45 – 60 minute class. Come and see why our spin classes are called “the best on Vancouver lsland.” But be careful – it’s addictive! Spinning is a non-impact class done on indoor cycles, in a group setting with an enthusiastic spin instructor leading the way. Lively music plays to get us going. Whether you are a beginner or an elite triathlete training for your next triathlon, get ready for the ride of a lifetime as each class works for all levels. Spin workouts are not only challenging but FUN!
This class is a high energy full body workout, combining cardio vascular training with light resistance work/strength exercises to help encourage muscle activation.
