We offer a variety of classes for every fitness level
- All classes run for 5-week blocks.
- You can sign up for 5, 10 or 15 classes in advance.
- All classes must be booked prior to the start date.
ENHANCED SPIN
Tuesday & Thursdays | 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Looking for an enhanced challenge on the bike? This ride is for you! Experience all types of training drills with intervals, runs, sprints and climbs to heart pumping music.

SPIN & STRENGTH / TRX / CORE
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 9:00 – 10:00 am
This fast paced, fun class will include 30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of strength/ TRX / core. We will end off with a good stretch to relax our tired muscles.
