CIRCUITS: A 60 minute class set up with various exercise stations, you’ll move around each station to target and workout different muscle groups. You’ll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge! Great for all levels.
HIIT: A 45- 60 minute class that is challenging, fun and great for any level of fitness goer! H.I.I.T or high intensity interval training, is a technique in which you give all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT: A 45 – 60 minute class. Don’t accept dwindling strength, flexibility and balance as a natural part of aging. This class uses progressive exercises that safely strengthen core muscles and other major muscle groups while heightening body awareness. The class utilizes body weight exercises, light weights and other tools to give participants a unique training experience. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
BOOTCAMP: A 60 minute class that is designed to build strength and cardiovascular fitness through a variety of intense group and individual exercises. It’s always a surprise with a variety of class setups and content and is guaranteed to be a welcome addition to your weekly workout.
